For our Kindergarten and Crèche in Munich Alt-Bogenhausen, we are looking for a motivated and qualified Early Years Educator / English-speaking Kindergarten Teacher (all genders) in full-time or part-time. **Your Responsibilities** • Supporting and fostering children in their individual development according to our Early Childhood curriculum • Creating a warm, safe and stimulating learning environment for children in Crèche and Kindergarten • Observing, assessing and documenting children’s learning journeys and developmental progress • Planning and implementing age-appropriate educational activities • Working closely with parents in a professional and trust-based parent-teacher partnership • Bringing your own interests, strengths and creative ideas into the daily life of the Kindergarten • Collaborating respectfully and supportively with colleagues in a bilingual and international team **Your Profile** • Completed qualification or degree in Early Childhood Education, Early Years Education, Childcare, Pedagogy, Social Pedagogy or a comparable field • Ideally recognised as a qualified early years professional in Bavaria, or willingness to have your qualification checked for recognition • Professional experience in early childhood education is an advantage • Excellent English skills at native or near-native level, as you will work as an English-speaking reference person within our bilingual concept • German language skills are not mandatory at the start • Willingness and motivation to learn German and develop your language skills over time • Enjoyment of working with children in Crèche and Kindergarten age groups • Interest in working in a bilingual and international educational environment • Team spirit, reliability, responsibility, empathy and motivation • Valid work permit for Germany, EU citizenship or a residence title allowing employment in Germany **Our Benefits** • Attractive and competitive remuneration package • Annual special payment of up to €1,500 gross, depending on working hours • Additional employer benefits, for example public transport pass or Edenred City Card • Free healthy lunch • Subsidised EGYM Wellpass membership • Comprehensive company pension scheme • Relocation support for work-related moves • Corporate Benefits Portal • 34 days of annual leave • Regular working hours and long-term shift planning for better work-life balance • Dedicated preparation and planning time, both individually and within the team • Regular staff meetings during working hours • Wide range of professional development and training opportunities • Support in learning German through language courses and everyday practice in an international environment • Attractively furnished group rooms, children’s kitchen, well-equipped gymnastics room, extensive library and generous outdoor area • Modern digital equipment, including iPads and smart displays in preschool • Bilingual teaching teams with up to three qualified pedagogical team members per group • Support from additional teaching and administrative staff, including music and sports teachers • Age-oriented groups with dedicated preschool classes • A warm, international team on a beautiful campus close to the English Garden **Please note** For this position, a relevant early years qualification is required.
