Part-time At School of Tomorrow, children from kindergarten through secondary level learn in mixed-age groups, project-based, and at their own pace. We are a bilingual private school (German and English) with locations in Zurich and Uster and work according to Curriculum 21.
For our youngest students at Campus Sihlberg, we are looking for a kindergarten teacher for the 2026/27 school year who will guide a group with heart, calm, and clarity. You shape the children's daily life reliably, lovingly, and in a structured way, giving them the safe framework they need at this age.
A teaching diploma recognized by the EDK for kindergarten level. German as your native language. Ideally you speak Swiss German and know Swiss kindergarten everyday life from personal experience. Joy in working with young children and a calm, present demeanor.
Openness to embrace our way of learning without throwing your pedagogical foundation overboard. We meet you where you are. A teaching week from Monday to Thursday that leaves room for a long weekend. A position of 80 percent. 9 weeks of vacation per year. Daily lunch that we offer free of charge to our teachers.
